Tracking Your Order
You can track your Amazon order in Your Orders, which displays up-to-date information we receive from our delivery partners. If you need more detailed help with tracking your package, please visit Track Your Package.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Standard Delivery: 10 to 25 business days, price: KES 900/= Within Nairobi and Environs and KES1,600 to a different county
Your delivery progress tracker may include an Estimated Delivery Window. When available, it will also appear in Your Orders and notifications. It provides information about when you can expect deliveries. External factors, such as traffic, can affect delivery windows. They're not guaranteed and may be subject to change. Deliveries can arrive before or after estimated windows.
FREE Standard delivery on all orders above Kenya shillings 35,000/=
This is not applicable for wholesale or corporate orders.
All returns should be requested and sent back within 3 days of receipt.
